The CDAI Engine analyzes your true campaign profitability — not what your ad dashboard shows, but your real margin after every cost layer: media spend, platform fees, broker payouts, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance costs. Each campaign receives one of 8 directives per analysis cycle. Act on PAUSE and QUARANTINE immediately. Review RENEGOTIATE, INVESTIGATE, and FLAG with your team. SCALE and HOLD campaigns are performing within target parameters.

SCALE

Margin ≥30%, no risk signals. Increase budget to 1.5x current spend to capture more profitable volume.

HOLD

Margin 18–30%, stable signals. Performance is acceptable. Maintain current budget and monitor weekly.

CUT

Margin below 10%, or spend with no revenue. Reduce or eliminate budget. Money is being lost.

PAUSE

Emergency stop. Fraud >20%, margin <-50%, or chargeback rate >15%. Stop all spend immediately.

QUARANTINE

High fraud detected — more than 8% of leads flagged. Pause the campaign and investigate the source.

RENEGOTIATE

Partner payouts exceed 40% of revenue. Your margins are being compressed. Renegotiate contract terms.

INVESTIGATE

Refund rate >12% or chargeback rate >4%. Lead quality is declining. Review the partner or traffic source.

FLAG

Data anomaly — CPL distortion >50% or unusual pattern detected. Human review required before action.
